On Tuesday 10 of febrary a delegation from the EABIC
arrived to the Economic Comission for Latin America and the
Carribbean in the United Nations Chile Branch.
>
The embassadors of
the Black Congress presented the Black Supremacy
book and documents of Freedom, Redemption and
International Repatriation in the office of Mrs. Margarita Uprimny
High Commissioner for Latin America and the Carribbean.

During the stay in international territory the members of the
Black Congress had a meeting with Mr. Mariano Barrios,
local asistent of Security of the CEPAL, with whom talked
points of interest for both organizations, specially those
relationed with International Repatriation and the
promotion of Humans Rights.
>
At the moment of
record a testimony of the presence of the Black Congress in
the United Nations office all the nationals banners were
put down.
