 (10-21-07) The Satanic Dr. Watson
 Bag genius
 > Obviating the UNESCO Declaration on Race and Racial Prejudices, the geneticist James Watson despised in a few declarations the black race intelligence. Watson, winner of the Nobel Prize of Medicine for his crucial participation in the discovery of the DNA structure, indicated the wrong of the Africa´s development policies as example of his thesis.

> "All our social policies are based on the fact that their intelligence is the same as ours – whereas all the testing says not really", affirmed the 79-year-old doctor.
 United Nations
 Racial Prejudices

 > In 1978 the General Conference of the United Nations, Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), adopts and solemnly proclaims the Declaration on Race and Racial Prejudice.

> In the article 2, point 1, says: "Any theory which involves the claim that racial or ethnic groups are inherently superior or inferior, thus implying that some would be entitled to dominate or eliminate others, presumed to be inferior, or which bases value judgments on racial differentiation, has no scientific foundation and is contrary to the moral and ethical principles of humanity.".

 > In sayings to the Sunday Times, Watson said that there was a natural desire that all human beings should be equal but "people who have to deal with black employees find this not true". "There is no firm reason to anticipate that the intellectual capacities of peoples geographically separated in their evolution should prove to have evolved identically. Our wanting to reserve equal powers of reason as some universal heritage of humanity will not be enough to make it so.", added in the interview.

 > The first reactions against Watson´s words came from others scientists. Steven Rose, a professor of biological sciences at the Open University and a founder member of the Society for Social Responsibility in Science, said: "If he knew the literature in the subject he would know he was out of his depth scientifically, quite apart from socially and politically."
